1. Who we are

Trend2Design ("we," "us") operates this website and the Trend2Design service. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, we act as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at info@pdfbusiness.co.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

▪Account information — your name and email address when you purchase access or create an account.

▪Payment information — processed entirely by our third-party payment providers. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we never see or store your full card number.

▪Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the dashboard and video player, collected through cookies and analytics.

▪Communications — messages you send us by email, and your marketing preferences.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious, or similar).

4. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies, and our embedded video player (Vidalytics) sets cookies to measure playback. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner, change your choice at any time, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your access to the product.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: payment processors, email and hosting providers, our video-hosting provider, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not rent or trade your email address.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where personal information leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account information for as long as your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle support and disputes. Payment and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax law, typically six to seven years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

▪Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;

▪Receive a portable copy of the information you gave us;

▪Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, including profiling;

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised "Last updated" date; if the changes are material we will notify account holders by email.
