Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Trend2Design. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice — we recommend having it reviewed by a qualified attorney for your jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using Trend2Design (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Trend2Design is a research and data-aggregation tool. It scans publicly available search data to surface trending themes and provides copy-and-paste AI prompts. The Service does not generate, host, or sell finished designs, and does not provide image-generation itself. Any images are created by you using third-party tools of your choosing.

3. License & access

Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service. "Lifetime access," where offered, refers to the operational lifetime of the Service and does not constitute a perpetual guarantee that the Service will remain available indefinitely. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your account or the underlying data feeds.

4. Payment & pricing

Prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time; promotional pricing is available only while offered. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. All sales are final and no refunds are provided. Because the Service grants immediate access to proprietary technology, compiled data, and copy-paste prompts that cannot be returned once viewed, refunds are not offered in order to protect that proprietary technology. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and anything you create with it. You agree not to:

▪Use the Service to create, sell, or distribute material that infringes any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right;

▪Violate the terms, policies, or rules of any marketplace or platform on which you list products;

▪Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose;

▪Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise misappropriate the Service or its data.

6. Intellectual property & your content

The Service, including its software, branding, and compiled data, is owned by Trend2Design and protected by applicable laws. Designs you generate using third-party AI tools are yours to use, subject to the terms of those tools. It is your responsibility to ensure your designs are original and do not infringe the rights of others. We make no representation that any trend, term, or prompt is free of third-party rights.

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific sales, income, results, or the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data. Your results depend entirely on your own effort and decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend2Design and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trend2Design, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or products, or your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trend2Design operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
